This specific version has a hole punched in the UPC which means it's an ADVANCED/ PROMO edition that was sent out to RECORD and CD stores so they know what quantities to order of the album. Typically PROMOS can be HARD TO FIND in nice condition. While there is some wear/ scuffing not he outside of the cellophane - everything is still SEALED and should be considered BRAND NEW. UNFORTUNATELY - if you look over to the far right hand edge of the front cover, there is a crack in the jewel case. It's about an inch 1.5 inches in length.
