1920s / 1930s / 1940s 3 Piece Suit Grey/Blue Wool Striped Large 42 / 44

Description: Wow, what a suit! Great shape and a great size. Hard to determine the date for me because this comes from Mexico or South America. This is a very old suit and has great period details with the button fly and waist adjusters. Beautiful blue/grey striped wool. As you can see in the photos the back pockets have been repaired and reinforced. The pocket bags on the pants have also been repaired at some point. This suit was worn but very well cared for. There is one tiny moth hole on the front of the waistcoat, barely visible. One of the inner suspender buttons is shattered. There's a little pull in the fabric on the back left leg under the seat. See photos. No size tag, no union tag. Fits like a 42 or 44. Jacket: 19” Shoulders 22” Pit to Pit 23.5” Sleeve 30.5” Back Length Waistcoat: 21.5” Pit to pit Pants: 38” Waist 14” Rise 29” Inseam There is a cuff that can most likely be let out and also a sewn in inner cuff protector. There’s material in the waistband that can be let out and the sleeves would be able to be taken out a few inches.
