Description: Offered for your consideration is... 1928 ZEENUT CARD issued by Collins-McCarthy Candy Company [#108] James Marvin "Dick" Moudy, 1898-???? ~ San Francisco Seals According to the baseball record, "Dick" Moudy stepped into the fast-paced Pacific Coast League with the San Francisco Seals in 1924 at age 26 with no previous professional experience! After a brief 4-game trial, he showed some promise in 1925, posting a 3-5 record in 24 contests. He hit is pitching stride posting three straight seasons of 15, 19 and 10 victories for the Seals, 1926-1928. Moudy appeared on 4 baseball cards - the 1925 through 1928 Zeenuts. This is an original Pre-War Zeenut regional card issued by the Collins-McCarthy Candy Company and distributed on the west coast. Condition: Fair to Poor - check the high-resolution scans, front and back.
