Although the cover indicates only to 1995, they go to 2011-S.The Nickels of 1938 thru 1963 are of copper/silver alloy. The nickels of 1942 to 1945-D were copper .560 /silver .350 35% instead of nickel/ & mag .90. This is because of the need of the war effort for nickel in shell casings.1965/66/67 are from the Special Mint Set. 1964 till 2011-S seen many changes to include the Westward Journeys. From 1938 until 2011 -S, the grades were between Average, About Uncirculated, Uncirculated and Proofs, there are 210 total coins enclosed in a new Dansco # 8113 Jefferson Nickel 1938 - 2005 (2011) including Proof only Issues.
