Description: This is a hard-to-find AFL program from the league's first year in existence, 1960. This 46-page program is in excellent condition for the fifth game of the regular season - the Boston Patriots at the Oakland Raiders. The game was played on Oct. 16, 1960 at Kezar Stadium in San Francisco and marked the first time a New England city had met a Bay Area team. Oakland (3-3) won the game 27-14 as Tom Flores threw two touchdown passes. He was 14-for-24 for 161 yards and the two TDs. He also had 3 interceptions. His backup was ironically Babe Parilli (later a Patriot). Parilli was 1-for-3 with 2 interceptions. The Raiders won the game despite throwing 5 interceptions. Alan Miller and Butch Songin scored on the ground for the Patriots. A great program and it includes FREE SHIPPING.
