Description: Listed for sale is a rare set of four Frederick Sieck dining chairs, accompanied by its original dining table designed by Arne Jacobsen, Piet Hein, and Bruno Mathsson. All five pieces were purchased at the same time and all pieces came from Fritz Hansen in Denmark. The set was acquired from a Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area estate. The chairs are ebonized oak with black vinyl seats and chromed steel frames. The frames remain original, though can be cleaned if desired prior to shipping. Condition overall is very good to excellent condition given the age and originality of these. See photos. We can touch-up the chairs if desired to remove the contrast of the light wood underneath. The table is also ebonized with a cast aluminum base. We believe the set to date to circa 1963. The chairs measure 22 inches wide by 18 inches deep and 27 inches tall. The table measures approximately 27.5 inches tall with a 36 inch diameter. The buyer may pick up the furniture, have it shipped by our shipping partners (buyer will pay for full shipping cost, though will not have to arrange it), or discuss potential delivery within reason following the end of the auction.
