This map opens to 18" x 26½" and has great detail on old highway alignments, with cartography by Rand McNally. There are inset plans of Asheville, Charleston, Durham, Greensboro, Savannah, Greenville, Raleigh, Winston-Salem, Wilmington, Columbia, Charlotte, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The map was distributed by Texaco in 1967 and is dated in the legend. The code number in the lower margin is 676608-1. There's a photo of three horses and a white house on the front cover and an illustration of a Howard Johnson's Motor Lodge on the back. Condition: This map is in very good, lightly used condition, with no rips or tears. There's some scattered spotting on the front and back covers, and the map has a few stray creases.
