SOMEONE WROTE THIS TO ME SO I ADDED IT TO THE DESCRIPTION Hello, just a friendly note about that armrest… That is marked "Rear Door" which means it's for the rear doors of a four-door sedan or station wagon. It is not correct for an AMX or Javelin or any other 2-door AMC car. The rear door armrests have a longer pocket where you would put your hand to pull the door closed, and also to fit a rear door "slide-top" chrome ashtray, which was an option on some of the four-door, sedans and station wagons. The longer pocket does not cover the door panel cut out of a 2-D door panel car completely. They look similar to the 2-door and you CAN put it on a 2-door but they are definitely not the same as well as not being correct for concourse competition. You might want to make note of this in the ad. Hope this information is helpful. I've been involved with AMC's for over 50 years.
