Description: Used YAMAHA 500cc engine cylinder pulled off 1978 XT 500. This type cylinder was used as is in black finish on all XT and TT500 models from 1976 to 1981, and found use in plain metal silver on the SR500 models from 1978 to 1980.The cylinder is generally in good condition, it has no cooling fin damage. It measures the stock 87mm inside, but has some surface corrosion, so it'll be best used together with an oversize piston and needs therefore to be bored to size.
