Description: This is a vintage 2005 Hallmark Jingle Pals Plush Piano Singing Snowman. I changed the AA batteries (it takes 4 of them) inside the brown door on the bottom and the lights on piano lit up and it started playing Christmas songs. So lights and playing music works. Frosty was trying so hard to move right when I would push the Press Here button to make it play. However, the red door on the bottom must be where the batteries are placed that makes Frosty move and play the piano and they are obviously dead because he just didn't have the oomph to take off playing. It needs batteries changed for that part to be tested. I did not have the right kind of tool to get those 4 screws out. They are actually different than the ones in the brown door. The brown door was a tiny Philips head. The red door are like tiny triangles. I have never seen a tool that fits that. I am willing to bet though once you get in there and replace the batteries, Frosty will play that piano because he already jerks right now trying. But...I am selling him saying that Frosty does NOT move right now. No returns for Frosty not moving. I ship items as soon as I receive payment and item ships from Van Wert Ohio 45891.
