The figures are still factory sealed in the original packaging, the packaging does have some shelf wear like creases, dings or dents...there's also what appears to be dust or dirt in the packaging which probably got in through the "Try Me!" hole in the packaging and possibly debris from the rubber bands that held the figure to the tray inside the packaging.
