Description: 2016-(P) American Silver Eagle PCGS MS70 Struck At Philadelphia Thomas Cleveland Signed Master Designer Series Label Part of the FOIA Discovery where the US Mint failed to inform the public of their supplemental minting efforts at Philadelphia and San Francisco until well after the green boxes had been sold. Very rare - undervalued coin based on the actual mintage since many of the original boxes from Philly were opened and graded prior to the discovery. As of 2/21/23, PCGS population for this coin in MS70 is only 429, and NGC pop is only 866! Doubtful these numbers will ever increase given the background above.
