Description: A crispy almost Uncirculated 1 dollar bill. Misaligned or miscut. Pretty sure its miscut because the green seal is almost perfectly centered. First picture is to show note hasnt been cut by hand by comparing to another regular 1 dollar bill. Top and left side of bill shows ink almost completely at the ends of paper.
