The Goose is 4.5" tall and 4.5" long The Bear is a little over 3.5" tall and 2.5" wide (and has Niagra Falls Canada written in gold lettering on his back. I think a good scrubbing can remove it if you wish). The Dolphin is 2.25" tall and 4" long. All 3 are green and black, but the goose does have touches of blue under his wings.
