4 Ballet Dancing Dolls by Whitman, 1957 cut out paper dolls with folder

Description: Charming vintage paper cut-out dolls. This set is “4 Ballet Dancing Dolls” from Whitman, and dates from the 1950s. It has four dolls, two girls and two boys, and each doll is approximately 9" tall. The original folder is included. It measures approximately 10.5" by 12." This is an authentic paper doll set - NOT a digital download or a printable. The items shown in the photos will be mailed to you. These would be great as collage pieces, to turn into valentines or party invitations, or as a gift for anyone into fashion and clothing design. And they've already been cut out for you! The clothing and accessories have already been cut out (and played with at least a bit). The dolls have numbers written on the back to identify which clothing goes with which doll. I don't know if all the original pieces are present; everything that is included is shown in the pictures provided. I've made note of any significant damage to the dolls or their clothing, however there are almost certainly tabs missing, small tears, folds, etc as a result of wear, and storage. There are creases where the tabs have been folded, and the paper is discolored due to age. The dolls themselves, while complete, have been folded and thus are creased, in places like the neck, arms and ankles. One doll in particular has been taped together and has some discoloration due to the tape. At least one of the garments has been torn and taped (and is thus discolored), and there are some pieces that are missing. The folder shows some wear, and while there are no significant tears, the folder is curled and and has some surface wear. See photos for details of condition.
