Description: Custom Built Side Mountable Slim Pack Batteries These batteries present an option for dual suspension mountain bikes that do not have room in a triangle and can not be mounted on a rear rack. They are strapped along the sides of the bike, thin enough that the pedals will not hit (at least on all bikes we've tried, verify with dimensions below). Dimensions : 19'' Long x 2'' Thick x 4'' Wide Custom 3D Printed very thick casing (5mm). Wrapped in Vinyl mainly for friction so batteries do not slip around. Includes industrial grade cable ties to hold packs in place. They won't budge! HUGE Capacity. 72V 20AH true capacity This pack is built using 21700 cells with 5000mah (Samsung 50E / LG M50 / equivalent brand name cell). Each pack is 36V 20AH, and a series cable is provided to bring them to 72V 20AH Includes 2 x 4amp chargers with built in Fan. XT60s going into the battery, connecting via series connection to an XT90 output Specs: - 20S4P (80 cells total) Grade A Lithium-ion 21700 Cells - Pack is rated to be able to do 60A peak amps, or (72v x 60a) = 4200W peak - BMS Inside are rated at 20A continuous, 60A peak. These are intended for burst power and 1500W or less constant power. - Pure Nickel Strip Welding (not soldered, not nickel plated steel) - Multiple layers of insulation between each cell (4 layers) to prevent against shorting - BMS Has temperature / under and overvoltage control / overcurrent control / cell balancing / short circuit protection - Perfect application for CYC Mid Drive motor, upgraded BBSHD motor, 3KW Hub Motor etc The exact same pack can also be built using High Discharge cells (Molicel P42A or Samsung 40T) and a dual BMS allowing for 3000W constant and 8000W peak current.
