This fits a S&W 5906 and is LEFT draw. This is for the Square trigger but will fit the round but there will be slack in the retention strap unless you adjust the snap location. Hanger will fit a standard 2 1/4" duty belt and hanger is suede lined. . Interior of holster is smooth leather lined. Very solid and high quality swivel holster.
