This is a solid brass buckle with darkened accents, put out by LTV Aerospace and Defense, AM General Division, in 1984. It is in new old stock condition, as shown in the photos it is still sealed in the original packaging. The buckle measures approximately 3-1/2" x 2-1/2", fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and weighs about 4.9 oz.
