Description: This is an excellent quality WWII domestic service pin for American Red Cross Staff (women). it is sterling silver and 13/16" in diameter. (the men's version is 5/8" in diameter). The enamel is high quality and elegant. It was intended to be worn with civilian clothes (not uniforms). Makers mark is AB Co. This pin is in mint condition and shows little signs of wear.
