It may contain a small imperfection, label or crack in the jewel case. I try to take out the badly cracked CDs before listing them. I also try to post the exact CD or one of similar condition on the product page. *[Used] - The CD is no longer in its original shrink wrapped packaging. I check the back to look for any obvious and more pronounced scratches and take those out. I don't test the individual CD, but if for some reason it doesn't work I always offer a refund or exchange when possible.
