Antique c 1900 Victorian 18K Gold Puffy HEART Locket Pendant

This pretty antique locket was created in the shape of a heart. It is made of 18K solid gold with a satin finish and has channel-set stones in a diagonal fashion across the front. Although there are prongs, they are set in channels. There is a row of seed pearls, a row of green paste stones, and another row of seed pearls. One of the green stones appears to be a replacement and is actually a gemstone. The locket opens by using the protrusions on the side. Inside there is one frame and one photo cover. It is not marked, but tested twice for 18K gold.
