Description: Antique Coalport Banana Tree Cup & Saucer Gold Imari 1800s (SPODE 2214 Pattern) A Antique Coalport Coffee Cup & Bowl Saucer in Imari Banana Tree Pattern. Only marking on bottom appears to be "464" on both cup & saucer (Spode was known to make this imari banana tree pattern, but they are marked 2214 Spode on bottom) I believe this is by Coalport (from handle shape), from 1820s or earlier. Condition: In great antique condition with minor wear from age and use. Some scuffs on the saucer, worn gold rim on the cup, and a few rough spots on the underside rim of the saucer. No chips or cracks. Please see all photos.
