Description: De Pinna was a men's and women's high end clothier founded in 1885, in New York City, by Alfred De Pinna (1831 - 1915). They also sold menswear-inspired clothing for women that was finely tailored. The flagship store was located at 642-50 Fifth Avenue and 52nd Street. The store went out of business in the 60s and my best guess is that this doll is from the 30s or 40s. But that is just an educated guess. I have not found any type of doll made by DePinna in any of my searches so the doll may be one of a kind . The doll needs to be cleaned professionally and the colors have faded in the dress as you can see from the pictures. The doll is being sold as is so please look closely at the 12 pictures and use the zoom feature to get an up close view of every part of the doll. There are no returns on this item so please ask any questions you may have before you place a bid.
