The off white silk ribbon is a replacement for the original ribbon and is the right time period. The hat is lined with cotton. The hat is worn on top of the head and would be held in place with a hat pin. The hat is in very good condition. There are no breaks in the straw. There is one small pea size spot on the crown and some age spotting on the inside lining. Some loose stitching on the crown. Width 17. Buyer pays shipping.
