Description: Here is a gorgeous high quality Art Deco (?) channel set flexible rhinestone necklace dating to what I believe is the 1940’s. It was designed using multiple curved domed sections with channel set rhinestones joined together with concealed flexible mesh wire and tiny metal spacers giving this necklace its flexibility and gentle movement. Measuring 15 ½” long by 11/16" wide by ¼” thick. it could rhodium plated and it's unmarked for its material, although similar designs and construction were all manufactured in Germany (as this one is marked) so I suspect that this may have been made with the same material as well. The necklace is in excellent vintage condition with all its original bright clear sparkly rhinestones and has a firm tongue and groove press release clasp. This rare gorgeous sparkly necklace which is designed to be worn as a choker would make a great addition to any women’s formal wardrobe.
