Description: Up for your consideration is this really cool book, "History of Kentucky" published by Collins & Company in 1878. There are 84 illustration portraits, a map of Kentucky, and 70 other engravings. The book is in good antique condition with yellowing pages, some loose binding in the front and back, a little foxing here and there, and there was a plastic cover on the outside that has left some tape residue on the inside covers. Plus, the last green page has some tape on it to keep the binding together and there is some black tape on the outside cover to help keep the binding together there too. I also found a little bit of scribbling when you open the book and the last few pages and a couple of torn edges on those pages as well. All in all, really good condition for a book that is 146 years old. Perfect for a Kentucky history buff. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. Thanks for looking!
