During these two games, these hats were worn by all players/members of the Boston Red Sox to commemorate the special event. "Team Issued" refers to this hat being issued by the Boston Red Sox into their clubhouse as Official On-Field Apparel, although it was never issued to a specific player (and therefore never used). Hat was "MADE IN USA" in order to comply with MLB regulations, as all aspects of Official MLB Uniforms must be produced in the United States. Hat is brand new, and has never before been used or worn despite being issued into the Boston Red Sox clubhouse; deemed to be in near-mint to mint condition. Smoke-free house.
