Description: This was a functioning ultrasonic unit that I use in my dental practice for many years. One day while working on a patient the vibration action became very weak and I stopped using the unit. It does not come with a foot pedal, and I detached the water attachment in an attempt to try to figure out the problem, but it is included (water attachment) I'm sure it can be fixed, but please consider this for Parts only or Repair
