Album Jacket has some seam splitting about 1/3 on top, but none on bottom. General age wear and ring wear that's mostly seen on the back cover. Chris is very underrated in the folk-blues idiom. This is a great album! Album hand cleaned with Tergikleen (used by the Library of Congress), Kimtech Wipes (Low Lint, Anti Static), Distilled Water and Brushed with an Anti-Static Brush.
