Description: I just reduced this price...Up for sale is an interesting choral work, and rather obscure. We have all heard of Felix Mendelssohn, but this work was written by Arnold Mendelssohn. Arnold was a distant relation of Felix and a very accomplished organist and composer. This is a full score for strings, choir, and soloists. It appears to have been rebound, but it has never been used or written in. The covers probably just got brittle, and someone remounted the center of the cover onto a different hard stock cover. This appears to be a rather lovely work. If you have an advanced choir, and string players you can call upon, you would be able to perform this piece. Here is a nice large copy for your library.
