EAPG antique DELAWARE pattern SERVING BOWL GREEN with GOLD U.S. Glass 15065 1899

Description: Offered for sale is a large and beautiful antique green glass SERVING BOWL. It was made by the U.S. Glass Co. and the pattern is called DELAWARE. It was introduced in 1899. It has a whimsical floral design against a stippled background. The raised designs are adorned with bright metallic gold trim. The bowl measures 8 1/2 inches (21.6cm) in diameter at the widest part, but because the rim is cupped inward, the rim diameter is only 7 1/2 inches (19.1cm). It stands 3 1/4 inches (8.3cm) tall at the rim. A U.S. quarter is shown in the fourth picture, to give an accurate impression of the size at a glance. It is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks, scratches, or repairs, and no discoloration or cloudiness in the glass. The gold decoration shows minimal wear.
