Description: A 1971 FDOI featuring Charles Lindbergh 11 cent Air Mail Stamped Envelope and hand signed by flying ace Chuck Yeager. Yeager was the first human to break the sound barrier on Oct 14th, 1947 at an altitude of 45,000 feet. He had a long career with both the USAF and NASA before retiring in 1975. He held many speed records during his test pilot days and served as a consultant pilot for the ASAF for 20 years following his retirement. See photos for details, condition, & signature.
