A little more noise but still good/enjoyable. Side note - I have a relatively crappy record player and I don't clean these 78s beyond using a very mild cloth, so you very well may get better sound than I do if you have a good record player and devoted cleaning tools.CHECK MY OTHER LISTINGS -- including more European 78s.
