It has a flared out bowl rim, a notched clear crystal stem, and a scalloped crystal foot with toes. This is an antique stem that is very Hard To Find. It is in good condition but does have a few very minor out rim flakes as shown in one of the last photos posted. Plus the scalloped foot has a pair of toes whose points are missing also shown in one of the last pictures. Other than that no problems. This is a beautiful stem in a lilac purple cut to clear color with a cut starburst design. I have admired it for over 40 years now.
