Embossed cover with the original obi, and three inserts. The disc is pretty much perfectly mint and plays flawlessly and just beautifully. The cover is also nearly pristine, with some light creasing at the lower right corner (see photo). Comes with a two-sided photo insert, another all in Japanese, and an order form. The photo has some light wear but barely. All in just beautiful condition. A top copy of this rare pressing. Hard to beat.
