DiMaggio sacrificed three prime seasons to serve his country during World War II and was elected to the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1955. Sadly, DiMaggio passed away in March 1999. Presented is an 18-by-23 inch number retirement plaque signed by DiMaggio. The Yankee great has signed beside the team logo in silver marker. The piece comes with an LOA from PSA/DNA for the signatures.
