The outer layer is blue - similar to a turquoise blue. One button closure on the front, no pockets, 3/4 sleeves. Fringes along all edges. Comes with a matching sleeveless top in the same color with fringes around the neckline. Made of 88% combed cotton, 10% nylon and 2% spandex for both pieces. Measurements are armpit to armpit laying flat is 23 inches (stretches)and from the top of the shoulder to the hem is 25.5 inches.
