Damage can be seen in the zoomed in pictures~ (hence the less than half price, price) You can actually unclip the clips by the handles to bring up the bottom of the bag to make it not so deep. Which is pretty cool. Never used as you can see in the pictures, Inside is perfect. There is still plastic on zipper pull. Smoke and perfume free home
