With relief molded and gilt highlighted scrollwork around and extending off the handles. Has a hand painted green border with darker green scrolls. With hand painted wild pink roses in the center over a white background. Marked on the reverse in green J. P. L. France. This is a white ware mark used by Jean Pouyat in Limoges France between 1891 and 1932. Has wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition. Measures approximately 10 3/4 inches wide. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
