Description: Never used in a transfer business! Was privately owned by a neighbor who recently passed away, who took meticulous care of it but didn’t use it very much. You can tell by the remote that looks brand new! Has been professionally cleaned and fully tested, and the heads have seen very little use. A few minor scuffs and scratches in a couple areas on the top side but otherwise the cosmetic condition is excellent. This was the last and most recent Super VHS JVC made, and it is one of the best in 2024 for transferring tapes from VHS, Super VHS, and VHS-C (for VHS-C you need an adapter that is not included). The 9000-series JVC decks are miracle workers in playing degraded tapes that won’t play on any other machine. The Panasonic AG-1980 used to be the best, but they are dying quickly, going into the shop over and over again, and are often unrepairable. The JVC HR-S9911U however is incredibly reliable, and will almost never need to go into the shop.
