According to "Baldwin Filters e-catalog" this gasket came with Ford part # YC3Z-7A098-AA & fits over 200 1993-2007 Ford auto & light-duty trucks with the E40-D or 4R100 transmission. Check that e-catalog for fitment application.These originally came with the filter, but the metal casings developed some tiny rust spots and they were discarded.
