Description: This is the scarce (rare?) Hugh O'Brian version of this 1957 playset. See the photo of the 3 horses which Playset magazine identifies as being indicators of the 1957 version of the model number 4228. There was also a 1958 version of the series 1000 # 4228. This set looks like it has never been played with. The original bags have multiple rips/ tears with a couple of the bags gaping open in places. The instruction sheet is in poor condition as shown. This lot includes a near-mint issue of Playset magazine featuring this set. One photo shows where I have removed and placed parts ( including the original Marx bags) in Ziploc bags for shipping.
