Description: Super cute top. The leaves and flowers are varying shades of brown, blue and periwinkle. There is a ribbon that goes through two little grommets between the cups that you can tie in a little bow. Has a halter strap that ties behind the neck and a lower strap with a brass hook and two size slot adjustments. Includes padded inserts. Measurements are also included to help you ensure a proper fit. Condition issues: the padded inserts are crinkled from storage. The upper halter strap has some kinks in it from being left tight in one place. The top edges of the cups want to curl up a bit. Lastly there is a little bit of scuffing on the brass hook.
