Description: I was fortunate enough to work at EMD when they were retiring folks early and tearing down the main factory. This specification book came from a retiree who saved EVERYTHING. He had tons of stuff, much of which I'm just starting to go through after 25 years. Everything he had was brand new stored in file folders. In some cases he had multiples, in others, just one copy. This specification was used by EMD's Sales Department when discussing the purchase of new locomotives with a potential customer. It covers the SD45-2 model locomotive.
