The pen, measuring 5.75" long, was meticulously created and polished by hand by American Heritage Pens in Old Town, Maine. The wood is believed to be southern pine, extracted from the brownstone during renovations. This is a wonderful collectible of Brooklyn and old New York, and makes a great gift for history buffs and pen collectors. Comes with a certificate of authenticity from American Heritage Pens, plus information about the wood. Black ink, twist pen, chrome trim; comes NEW in a handsome black pen case with gold-colored trim. Each pen is unique, so the grains and coloration may vary slightly from what is pictured here.
