I believe this red & white enamel emblem was used on GM cars (Oldsmobile and/or Buick) in the mid- to late-1940s. However, I'm not certain this is correct and so please do your own research before bidding. The emblem was made by Fox Co. in the USA. The bolts are intact and look to be useable.
