A King’s Request – Your story begins in the kingdom of toys. The king summons your Mii character and explains his frustration at having only one Pikachu, while a mysterious magician has a whole lot of Pokémon! So the king asks you to help upstage that magician by collecting more Pokémon, and he lends you his Pikachu to get you started on your adventures. Take Flight across the Kingdom! – You need a hot-air balloon to get to the areas where Pokémon wait. Balloons will take you to different stages that have a variety of Pokémon you can collect. Which stage you’ll land on within an area is decided by a spinning stage wheel. In order to reach a stage where Pokémon you want are waiting, you’ll need a little luck! Rumble! – Use Pokémon battling techniques, such as super effective moves, to succeed. Switch between Pokémon during battle to create the best matchups.
