Description: This is an IP phone. You should not expect to just plug it in and have it work. You will need to log into the phone and the phone system to register the phone. Not responsible for compatibility issues. A Polycom VVX411 color phone. Comes with a handset, the stand, and a new handset cord. It has been reset to factory options. (admin password=456). Then we register it with a SIP phone system, test the phone and reset it back to default. This phone will work as a standard SIP phone or Microsoft Skype Business (formally called Microsoft Lync). You go into network config to option it for Skype Business. It is defaulted to SIP as shipped. This does not come with a power supply, which is not needed if you have PoE (power over ethernet). The phone is cleaned and tested, but does not come with a warranty. It is priced accordingly. If it arrives damaged or you otherwise feel we have misrepresented it, contact us via email and we will make it right.
