There are 20 of the 0's, 20 of the 1's, 20 of the 2's, etc. These are ANTIQUE water soluble four-color decals (gold surrounded by black, red shadow under that and another shadow on the bottom that is an "orange" red). These decals are designed to be applied to the back of the glass of a Post Office box door. The decals measure 1/2" high.
