Description: Here is a beautiful vintage Effanbee Patsy family 18 inch composition doll. She is marked Marilee with a symbol on the back of her neck. She is all original, except her socks may have been replaced. However, the socks are old as well. She has disc jointed arms and legs. Clear sleep tin eyes. I believe most of her eyelashes are there. It is hard to tell, as they are a shiny brown. No odors. Her composition is beautiful. There is little to no crazing. No odors. Her costume is in excellent condition.
